Sugar and Spice got voted Best Australian Bakery for 2010! A special Thanks to the sponsors, Pilot and Goodman Fielder for organizing this great event recognizing the hard work of all the small bakeries around Australia.

The entire team of Sugar and spice thanks you for all your votes and support on this national competition! We are still in shock and also delighted that our customers think that we are the best in the country. Customer service and striving for perfection definitely paid off.

We have been voted the best, but we would like to share this title with every bakeries and bakers around Australia, as they too are working hard to make our trade proud. This title doesn't make us better or worse, at the end of the day we are all doing what we love the best ,That is baking...

Sugar and Spice Patisserie was officially opened on the 8th of May 1998 by the Hon Richard Court, Premier of Western Australia.
Since then we have experienced the birth of a city (Joondalup) and together we have grown to be what we are today, a place where people come for a special treat and recommend us to their friends.
