Sugar and Spice Patisserie started in 1996 in a small shop in Kingsley (WA). After two years the business outgrew this location and the decision was made to relocate to Joondalup (WA), a vibrant new developing city with a promising future .The gamble paid off! In the past 14 years Sugar & Spice Patisserie has grown from 4 employees to 19 and the signs of continuing growth are there for more years to come.
During that time Sugar and Spice Patisserie has won many awards and accolades including North West Metro Region Best Small Business 1999, 2001; WA winner and National Finalist Commonwealth Bank Small Business Champion Award; Edith Cowan University Business Person of the Year 2004; WA winner of Life Magazine Australia's Best Pie Award National Finalist Life Magazine Australia's Best Pie Award; Edith Cowan University Business of the Year 2008; Winner Women's Weekly Best Pie Award 2007, 2008 to name just a few...
