At Sugar and Spice we do not compromise on quality. We have a buy local policy so whenever we can locate our products locally or Australia wide we will endeavour to get it here first. However we do have to import goods from Europe to make some of our creations possible; our chocolate is sourced from Switzerland and other products from France.
While we specialise in French pastries (mini cakes), we also have a large range of ready to take away cakes (continental torta, mud cake, black forest etc) which are big enough for 12 serves. We also have sausage rolls and a range of pies in both large and finger food size. For your breakfast or lunch at our terrace (or take away) we have a selection of sandwiches, foccacias,ham cheese croissant, turkish bread, quiches and savoury muffins; all of which are made fresh on the premises, if you are a sweet tooth try our muffins,danish or traditional french croissant . We also make a variety of coffees, using only Griffiths coffee beans a caramelised flavour softly balanced to accommodate most coffee enthusiasts.
Novelty cakes are a big business for us. Be it a kid’s birthday, engagement, anniversary, business event, school function or a wedding; be sure to give us a visit before you make your decision. We might be a little more expensive than some but we are better than many and we have to protect our reputation. We also print photos on rice paper if you want to make your own cake. For your next party come and see us, we might be able to help you.
